You are able to return items within 10 days from the day you receive your purchase. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return. Le Clu Boutique is not responsible for any return shipping costs. Returns must be received in NEW, UNWORN and UNWASHED condition with tags attached. We have the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 2 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days).

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $2.98 using USPS. A delivery confirmation number is sent with every order. So you can track your trendy gear from my store to your home. Orders are processed as soon as possible and are shipped within 24 hours of purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery. Shipping times may differ according to the availability and demand of merchandise.
